We provide a series of services to new organic fertilizer factory (a series of complete service:plant design, overall layout, organic fertilizer technology training, organic fertilizer equipment operation training and so on).

 

With the cooperation of Nanjing agricultural university,our company undertake the 948 project and technology research project of organic fertilizer by the ministry of agriculture.We mainly research the organic fertilizer production equipment,processing technology and biological organic fertilizer preventing soilborne disease.At present,we lead in the priority level,is the standardized demonstration base of organic fertilizer in China.

 

 

With the project of dealing with cattle manure,we research and develop a complete production equipment of organic fertilizer.Products including blender ,plie turner,screener and automatic packing machine.This equipment use the windrow composting fermentation technology,widely used in fermentation treatment of livestock manure,domestic waste and sludge.The biggest advantage is fast compost maturity and short fermentation period.It will become high quality about 15 to 18 days.
